We are pleased to invite you to a community event for a chance to make a difference for us all!
This is an event to raise funds for select charities that in some way touch the lives of us all today. The funds raised will go to a charity of your choice that helps families and individuals to:
ALLEVIATE COMMUNITY HARDSHIP
IMPROVE PHYSICAL & EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING
INSPIRE ARTISTIC EXPRESSION
& MUCH MORE!
Individual participants, families and teams are welcome to be part of this special event! Enjoy a workout on the 5K route (3.1 miles). Families and small children can go for a fun walk on the 2K route (1.2 miles). The 2K walk is handicap accessible.
On-line registration ends September 22nd. After September 22nd participants signing-up must register in-person on event day. T-Shirts are available for participants registering after September 18th only while supplies last.
For a complete list of charities, go to www.whataboutyouwalk.com. If the charity you wish to raise money for or donate to is not listed let us know by emailing us at info@whataboutyouwalk.com or contacting us at (734) 751-7618. We will have your contributions go to the non-profit organization of your choice.
Fifteen dollars of each participant’s registration fee will go to the charity they are walking for. Additionally, all funds raised by each participant, family/group and team will go to the charity of their choice.
